Education: The enthusiast should be an engineering graduate or Diploma (Fabrication/Civil/Mechanical/ Production/Automobile) preferably with specialization in Production Technology.
♦ Ability to measure and analyse Key performance indicators. ♦ Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team. ♦ Excellent communication skills. ♦ Strong organization skills with a problem solving attitude. ♦ Comfortable to travel and work within designated territory. ♦ 10+ years of experience in B2B sales of PEB/Structural Steel. ♦ Passion for travel and engaging with new customers. ♦ Leader to lead from the front
